The endpoint is made simpler and easier to use by fixed hold, transfer, and conference keys, as well as tri-color LED line and feature keys.

With the option of two colours and two handset styles, the Cisco 6961 IP Phone allows additional customisation. The displays also allow right-to-left language presentation, meeting the needs of international consumers for language localization.
