The 1416 Digital Deskphone includes 16 administrative feature buttons on the phone itself, with a 32-button extension module providing an additional 48 feature keys or speed dial buttons. Each button features two LEDs (red and green) that show the user's current status. The Avaya 1416 is a phone designed for people who make a lot of phone calls. This phone is great for receptionists, administrators, and supervisors. The buttons can be customised to match the needs of a given business. The display on the 1416 Digital Deskphone is 4 lines by 24 characters and includes an adjustable viewing angle. As usual, Avaya's excellent sound quality is included.
