The Mitel SIP-DECT Base Station RFP 43 WLAN integrates two mobile standards: DECT, which allows mobile system phones to be used, and an integrated WLAN Access Point, which permits flexible access for PCs or other workstations to the company network. The RFPs also support CAT-iq for flawless audio quality.
The installation of WLAN hotspots is made possible by the WLAN Access Point, for example in conference rooms. They might participate in the robust, internal DECT network created by Aastra RFPs.
Due to the built-in IEEE 802.11n compatible WLAN Access Point, the Mitel SIP-DECT Base Station RFP 43 WLAN offers a number of benefits over a separate DECT and WLAN infrastructure.
